KAEOP is a professional association for classified employees working for Kern County schools. We welcome all educational support professionals, including office managers, secretaries, instructional assistants, educational assistants, paraprofessionals, library techs, tech specialists, and other support staff.

To promote professional interest in educational non-certificated positions in the offices of educational institutions and allied groups within Kern County; and to provide a clearing house for administrators and employees for ideas and methods which will result in a finer and more efficient service to the schools and community.
